THE MENU: FLAVORS UNFOLDED
The menu, composed of fresh burrata served with crunchy crostini and cherry tomatoes, brings the Southern genuine taste to the table. For those who prefer a spicy taste, the houmous of black chickpeas from Murgia, combined with black bread carasau and vegetables crudités, is enriched by a touch of fried tomato powder, creating a mixture of solidities that puts in contact with the world art. A classic one like vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce) doesn’t lack.
The first courses celebrate the tradition with the typical Bolognese lasagna, prepared with fresh egg pasta, béchamel and mixed meat Bolognese sauce. For those who look for a lighter suggestion, the vegan lasagna, with vegetables béchamel and vegetables Bolognese sauce, offers a savoury and respectful variation of ingredients seasonality. In the end, winter cous cous enriched by a mix of spices and seasonal vegetables like courgettes, sweet potatoes and bamboo, for a dish that combines comfort and lightness.
Moving on to the main courses, the menu includes the roast pork, served with mashed potatoes and blueberries sauce, balancing the meat flavour with a sweet and fruity note. The roast beef, seasoned with spices and fresh herbs, is combined with baked potatoes. In the end, the aubergine parmigiana, where aubergines blend with cheeses and tomato passata in a creamy and tasty combination.
SWEET ENDINGS: A DELIGHTFUL SELECTION OF DESSERTS
Il Circolino sweet finish offers a selection thought for satisfying every palate: from the creamy tiramisù, that combines sponge fingers, mascarpone cheese and coffee, to shortcrust pastry tartlets stuffed with crème patissière and orange jam or mixed berries. In the end, the wafer of chocolate with coffee and cream is an irresistible temptation.
